Train the Trainer and Coaching (qualifications and non qualifications):
If your people are new to training, we provide the knowledge and skills for them to do a basic training needs analysis, training design, evaluation and delivery of a participative session.
As coaching is such a valuable management tool, we provide coaching skills using the GROW model of coaching.
Both of the above can be qualifications provided by ITOL (Institute of Training & Occupational Learning) if you require this.
We have 5 titles at the moment, and write bespoke elearning for many companies.
Our approach is practical, and driven by you as the client. We offer a pay as you go approach, to enable you time to work on your business and apply the actions you commit to.
